Most fitness programs online are built by influencers with 12-pack abs who promise you can look just like them in two weeks. Let’s be real, there’s a lot wrong with that.

First, it’s unrealistic. Second, not everyone wants to walk around at 10% body fat year-round or live in the gym. Everyone has different goals. Whether it’s building muscle, losing weight, gaining healthy weight, or just feeling better and moving more. And guess what? That’s exactly why one-size-fits-all programs don’t work.​

As a professional wrestler, I take my fitness and nutrition seriously so I can feel at my best; and I’m here to help you do the same.
